Over 100 Warm Blankets Distributed Among the Poor and Underprivileged in Diocese of Kathmandu

On 15th January 2018, Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Kathmandu held yet another winter aid distribution in a village where it distributed blankets to the poor and marginalized to help them survive the harsh winter.

Bishop Hem Chandra Sharma distributed the blankets to 120 underprivileged members of the village who expressed their heartfelt thanks to the church for the thoughtful gesture.

“I was so worried thinking how I would protect my children in this cold weather as many people have lost their lives to chilling cold. At the right time Believers Eastern Church has provided me and my community members with blanket which we needed the most during this winter. Thank you so much”, said, Daumati Majhi, a beneficiary.
