Diocese of Pokhara Observes World Day Against Child Labor With Enthusiasm

To raise awareness and support the fight against child labor, Believers Church Diocese of Pokhara observed World Day Against Child Labor on 12th June 2016.

On this significant day, the church organized different events through Bridge of Hope like community awareness campaigns, poem competitions among others.

Emphasizing the importance of education for children, the Bridge of Hope staff spoke about the hardships child laborers face today and urged the audience to work collectively to put an end to child labor.

Bridge of Hope staff, children and their parents, well-wishers and clergymen of the church took part in the programs with much enthusiasm to show their support against child labor.
