Believers Church Opens New Bridge of Hope Center to Support the Education of Deprived Children in Sikkim

Believers Church Sikkim inaugurated a new Bridge of Hope center in a village on 18th March 2016.

Mr. Zigmee Wangchuk Bhutia (Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Government of Sikkim) and Mr. K. T. Wangchuk Bhutia (Deputy Director, Human Resource Development Department, Sikkim) were the chief guests. They inaugurated the center and dedicated it for the villagers.

110 children from extremely poor families have enrolled to the center already. Each child was gifted with a mosquito net and notebooks. In the days to come, the church will ensure their quality education by providing them with free tuition and school supplies. The church will also conduct free medical camps and health and hygiene supply distributions to ensure their good health.
