114 Families Receive Poverty-Alleviating Gifts in Sikkim

Believers Church Sikkim organized income-generating gift distribution programs in two places on 19th March 2016 and helped 114 families through them.

That day, the church distributed 30 bundles of tin sheets, 20 piglets, 14 cows, 13 goats, 11 momo vessels, nine sewing machines, seven set of carpentry tools, seven water tanks and a set of electric tools to different families.

All of them thanked the church for gifting them with useful things. In the days to come, these gifts will help them to find a way to make and income and come out of their poverty.

Believers Church empowers poverty-stricken families to become self-supporting through its Poverty-Alleviation project.
