Diocese of Gorakhpur Inaugurates New Tailoring Center for Underprivileged Women

Believers Church Diocese of Gorakhpur opened a new tailoring unit center in one Bridge of Hope center for underprivileged women on 10th February 2015.

This center was inaugurated to help poor and deprived women learn a skill and use it to become self-supporting. So, those women who are being enrolled to the center will be given training in stitching and embroidery works during the six-month course.

20 women have joined for the course already and they thanked the church for giving them a chance to learn something useful.

Through vocational training programs, Believers Church empowers women in poverty-stricken families to become independent and to take care of their family using their skills.
