Shri. Chandra Prakash Choudhary (Minister for Water Resources, Safe Drinking Water, and Sanitation) inaugurated the initiative. Mr. Navin Jaiswal (MLA) was also present on the occasion.
While delivering the inaugural address, Minister Chandra Parkas Choudhary said, “I praise and appreciate Believers Church for its active involvement in social work in this generation. Through its contribution to the field of health and hygiene, it is working towards making our country neat and clean”. Citing prevention is better than cure, he asked the beneficiaries to make use of the sanitation facility to protect themselves from diseases.
Eatwa Tirkey, a recipient said, “We had to go out in the open to attend nature’s call every day. During the rainy season, we faced many difficulties. Mainly the women of our village struggled more. Now we are so happy that Believers Church has provided us with sanitation facility”.
