Beggars in Gujarat Receive Food Packets on Founder’s Day

Believers Church Diocese of Gujarat distributed food packets and snacks to poor people and beggars on Founder’s Day, the birthday of Metropolitan Dr. K.P. Yohannan.

A team of Sisters of Compassion and Women’s Fellowship members prepared and packed the food. And then they went to streets and colonies and gave them each food packets and puffs.

They distributed puffs and food packets to poor people and beggars resides in the streets and colonies.

400 people including children received puffs and 100 people received food packets. They all thanked the sisters and the church for the care and compassion they have received through their small act.

Believers Church uses every possible opportunity to help the downtrodden and impoverished and brightens their life with hope. This Founder’s Day is just another example of how the church cares for the poor and needy.
