Global Hand Washing Day Observed in Bengaluru Diocese

October 15, 2013

A Believers Church Youth Movement team in Bengaluru Diocese observed Global Hand Washing Day on the 15th of October.

Around 100 youth gathered for the program. The youth presented a skit based on Hand Washing. They portrayed the difference between life with and without cleaning our hands. They explained that when we don’t wash our hands they become the breeding ground for germs. Thus we make our body the factory for germs.

A few staff from the Bengaluru Diocese Minor Seminary demonstrated how to wash hands and a video show by Dr. Daniel Johnson was screened. The doctor gave a message on the importance of washing hands.

Thus, Believers Church enlightens and educates people on how lives can be saved by washing hands.
